You can grind salmon or cut it up finely, mix with herbs and spices and cook it - I personally don't see why - its great on its own :) The protein bars will be on eatloveandtrain in a couple of days. They are banana, almond flour and whey powder. Simple. You may need to go to the indian store to get flour or grind your own from almonds or other nuts.
