what I ate
LUNCH scrambled eggs with sausage and cheese, cherry tomatoes
SNACK yogurt, cream cheese and olives
DINNER apples cooked in raisins and cloves (compote), yogurt and pine nuts
what I did 4 hours of cleaning carrying heavy furniture
