what I ate
LUNCH broccoli and cauliflower soup, cheese apple
SNACK avocado, cheese, tomato
DINNER ribs, corn, some sweet potato and sweet potato fries
what I did stretching and foam rolling 1 hour body weight and kettlebell workout
