what I ate
BREAKFAST bacon and eggs, apple
SNACK olives, cheese, apple
DINNER beef patty, cucumber and avocado
SNACK almonds, coconut milk, swiss miss
what I did stretching and foam rolling hiking and walking (12 000 steps via fit bit)
