what I ate
breakfast oatbran pancake with 3 cheeses, apple
lunch shepherds pie and green peas
snack strawberries and grapes
dinner mushroom and sweet potato soup with blue cheese
what I did 1 hour strength training stretching and foam rolling
..........pancake with 3 CHEESES!!! You're my idol, you know..!
