BREAKFAST turkey bacon sandwich, apple
LUNCH tomato soup with spinach and cheese orange
DINNER mahi-mahi, zucchini and carrots, homemade chocolate
what I did
1 hour walking 1 hour body weight, resistance band and kettlebell workout
