what I ate
BREAKFAST egg and sausage sandwich, yogurt
LUNCH beef patty, tomatoes, lettuce, tangerines
DINNER protein bar, cream of sweet potato and zucchini soup, cheese
what I did 2 hours walking stretching and foam rolling
