what I ate
breakfast wild rice, butter and cheese
lunch tomato and roasted pepper soup, cheese, avocado, cottage cheese and coconut
dinner greens taco salad, avocado and fresh coconut, peach
what I did stretching and foam rolling 1 hour dance
