I strongly believe that eating nourishing and delicious food without overeating and being moderately active is the key to feeling happy and staying lean all year round. BREAKFAST
coconut apple pancakes

LUNCH
lettuce, tomato, olives, avocado salad, tangerines

DINNER
grilled vegetables, lamb, tangerines

what I did
yoga and stretching
1 1/2 hr hike (about 6000 steps via fitbit)
