Skipped a few days, since we were attending a seminar. My eating schedule was definitely different. Observation one - breakfast was very early, due to not sleeping enough. I was reminded to honor that signal. Like we have talked before, eat when hungry, not because it's breakfast time. It was also unusual to eat all three meals outside the house and I was eager to come home to rich salads, fresh vegetables and food that doesn't make me drink a gallon of water after. Whatever restaurants use is a source of sodium that I don't know at home - we use sea salt and Himalayan salt. It scares me to think what they use. Activity was mostly walking, some hands on work during the seminar, trying new ways to move, and stand up paddle boarding. Back to a regular training schedule last night.
