what I ate


breakfast
bacon, sour cream, blueberries


lunch
avocado, cheddar, cottage cheese

snack
a bit of carnitas


dinner
greens, tomato and roasted pepper salad, carnitas, avocado,
blueberries and pineapple coconut dessert


what I did
1 hour + strength training + metabolic conditioning
2 hours walking
