what I ate - a funny day with lots of hunger

lunch
Greek moussaka, Greek yogurt, tomatoes

snack
avocado and cheddar cheese

snack
apple and some Greek yogurt

dinner
meatballs, some pasta and pasta sauce, zucchini, apple, blueberries

what I did
1 hour pilates
stretching and foam rolling
