I strongly believe that eating nourishing and delicious food without overeating and being moderately active is the key to feeling happy and staying lean all year round. what I ate

breakfast
blueberry coconut pancakes, a tad of maple syrup
 
lunch
eggplant hummus, cheese, peppers and cucumbers, yogurt drink (айрян)

dinner
salmon patties, salad, blueberries

what I did
1 hour pilates (fun)
45 min strength training (fun) + metabolic conditioning (no fun)

note to self: I need to find time to walk at least an hour each day
