breakfast
cottage cheese, tad maple syrup

lunch
Arugula and chickpea omelet, Greek yogurt, coconut water

dinner
steamed vegetables, a bit of rice, Greek yogurt and blueberries

what I did
2 hours walking
1 hour yoga
