what I ate


breakfast
cottage cheese, mango

lunch
chickpeas, arugula, Greek yogurt

dinner
ribs, steamed vegetables, some corn bread, coconut ice cream

what I did
1 hour yoga
1 hour walking
1 + hours kettlebell training
