what I ate

breakfast
sweet potato and spiced butter, cottage cheese 

snack
avocado, cheese, tomatoes

dinner
roasted eggplant salad (кьополу), shrimp salad


snack
blueberries, coconut milk, sweet potato scones

(staying up very very late does horrible things to appetite)

what I did
stretching and foam rolling
1 hour kettlebell and TRX workout
