what I ate

BREAKFAST
sundried tomato and cream cheese omelet
apple

LUNCH
cream of chickpeas and pumpkin soup

SNACK
salmon patties with cream cheese

DINNER
tomato and cucumber salad with avocado
beef meatballs
spiced yogurt with almonds and pear jam

what I did

30 minutes of high intensity energy system training
10 minutes core work
stretching and foam rolling
