what I ate
BREAKFAST

Italian mock bread with cream cheese and vegetable salsa
Italian sausage

LUNCH
cous cous with green beans and carrots, chicken broth

DINNER
cucumber and tomato salad
meatballs and zucchini
cooked apple with rum and coconut

what I did
45 minutes of moderate intensity energy system work
10 minutes of core work
stretching and foam rolling
