BREAKFAST
plain yogurt with oat bran and almonds
apple

DINNER
snow peas, bok choy, and carrots
buffet: stuffed crab, shrimp, sushi, 2 won-tons, rice, fish and loquats

what I did
15 min of stretching and foam rolling
