what I ate

BREAKFAST

1/2 serving Italian mock bread
5 strips cooked bacon

LUNCH
2 burger patties with cheese
lettuce

DINNER
eggplant and tomato salad
zucchini and yogurt sauce
lamb and scallops
coconut, yogurt and strawberries

what I did

3 hours of walking
stretching and foam rolling
