what I ate

BREAKFAST
scrambled eggs and green edamame beans, cream cheese
strawberries

LUNCH
green tuna curry and baby carrots

SNACK
apple and peanuts

DINNER
vegetables and seafood gumbo
spiced apple and strawberries

what I did
3 hours of cleaning
40 minutes of light gym workout
20 minutes stretching and foam rolling
