BREAKFAST
minimalist quiche
apple

LUNCH
snap peas, cheese and some peanuts
coconut water

DINNER
chicken, black beans, cooked peppers and salsa, some tortilla chips

what I did
2 hours walking
1 hour yoga and stretching
