what I ate

BREAKFAST
piece of cheddar cheese
apple

LUNCH
beef burger patties with cheese
lettuce, tomato

DINNER
beef meatballs
cooked spinach, sauteed red peppers and carrots
cream cheese and coconut balls
apple

what I did
45 minutes of low to moderate energy system work
20 minutes of stretching and foam rolling
