what I ate

BREAKFAST
spinach and cus cus
eggs and Parmesan cheese

LUNCH
clam chowder
some bagel chips

DINNER
tuna steak
spinach and tomato salad
orange and apple salad with hot chocolate sauce

what I did
3 hours of walking
stretching and foam rolling
