BREAKFAST
scrambled eggs with spinach and peppers

SNACK
1/2 Quest bar

DINNER
greens salad
beef, risotto and green beans

what I did
1 hour walking
40 minutes of resistance band and TRX workout
10 minutes stretching and foam rolling
