what I ate

BREAKFAST

coconut pancake, honey, cream cheese, apple

SNACK

melon, almonds

DINNER
shrimp, steak and vegetables, almonds, melon

what I did
1 hour resistance band, body weight and kettlebell workout
stretching and foam rolling
