an unusual day of eating

what I ate

BREAKFAST
Greek yogurt, almonds, apple

SNACK
piece of banitsa (phylo dough with feta and eggs - around 250 calories, 10 carbs), carrots

SNACK
2 pieces of banitsa, bite cheesecake

SNACK
feta cheese, tomatoes, olive oil

what I did
1hour walking, lots of standing and cooking
stretching and foam rolling
