breakfast
ricotta and egg pancake

snack
ricotta and egg pancake and yogurt

lunch
feta cheese and olives, apple

dinner
tomato/cabbage salad, sausage, roasted vegetables and ice cream

what I did
1 hour yoga
1 hour dance
