lunch
parmesan cheese, bacon, arugula, stuffed zucchini blossoms

dinner
carrots and blood orange, roasted tomatoes and peppers, salmon, orange

what I did
1 1/2 hrs park workout (TRX, kettlebells, power wheel, bands, sprints)
