what I ate

breakfast
scrambled eggs with spinach and paneer, coconut water

snack
fresh coconut and yogurt

lunch

radishes, avocado and feta cheese

dinner

beef and zucchini, radish, pepper and cucumber salad with cilantro, awesome Irish butter for dessert with a graham cracker

what I did
1 hour strength training
stretching and foam rolling
