breakfast
cottage cheese, almonds, plum

lunch
zucchini, yogurt, parmesan and tomatoes

dinner
carrots, beef tamale, mini tacos, homemade coconut chocolate

what I did
stretching and foam rolling
1 hour strength training

what I did the day before
1 hour dance
stretching and foam rolling
