breakfast
coconut pancakes with cream cheese, apple

lunch
scrambled eggs with feta and sundried tomatoes, apple

dinner
zucchini and butternut squash soup, turkey breast, sweet potato and coconut

what I did
stretching and foam rolling
1 hour walking
