I strongly believe that eating nourishing and delicious food without overeating and being moderately active is the key to feeling happy and staying lean all year round. what I ate

breakfast
scrambled eggs with polenta, tomatoes, apple

lunch
yogurt, almonds and flax meal

dinner
roasted veggie salad, beans and rice, plantains, pork and beef (Cuban restaurant birthday celebration, it was awesome)

what I did
1 hour walking
30 minutes stretching and core exercises
foam rolling
