breakfast
plantain, yogurt, whey protein, almonds

lunch
eggplant and beef, cheese, yogurt

snack
Pure bar

dinner
2 corn tortillas, fish and guacamole, homemade dark chocolate

what I did
1 hour yoga
kettlebell training, indian clubs
stretching and foam rolling
