what I ate


Christmas breakfast with the kids
2 crepes with cream cheese and berries

lunch
avocado, cheese, 1 crepe (they are contagiously delicious)

dinner
large tomato and cucumber salad with peppers and avocado
squash and spinach gratin

what I did
stretching and foam rolling
1 hour dance
