breakfast
yogurt, coconut flour and chia seeds

lunch
avocado, sweet potato, pepper and feta salad

snack
posole soup

dinner
steak and avocado, corn tortilla, carrots and tomatoes

what I did
2 hours of walking
stretching and foam rolling
1 hour strength training
