April 10, 2012

I've been busy. Crazy busy :) Lots of my meals now are uncooked, fast and super easy. It's a new season I guess. I have reached my fat loss goal and I am taking a week rest from logging on Fitbit and knowing how many calories I am consuming. From here on, I have to plan a way to stay in a slight deficit - probably a couple of IF days a week with lower carbs. I will keep you posted.
