I strongly believe that eating nourishing and delicious food without overeating and being moderately active is the key to feeling happy and staying lean all year round. Many of my clients requested that I share what I do on a daily basis to maintain a carefree healthy lifestyle, so here it is and I hope it helps you with ideas.

I was going to write down I ate a whole cake, but April 1st is a bad day to make a joke ;) You'd know I am kidding.

what I ate

lunch
chicken curry salad

snack
tortilla, chicken pate, cheese, avocado, apple

steak, mashed cauliflower, chopped salad, mushrooms, yogurt

what I did
stretching
walking
biking

March 31st was a weird day - we had a small kettlebell competition, and walked so much; no food log ;)
Some delicious mexican food for lunch; cheese/pate and rice crackers with a huge spinach salad for dinner with a happy amount of red wine and baked apples - it was a fun night :)
