BREAKFAST
yogurt, oat bran and apple, sunflower seeds

LUNCH
French onion soup with cheese, apple

DINNER
tomato salad, edamame
meatballs and sour cream
cherimoya

what I did
20 minutes yoga and stretching
foam rolling
