what I ate

BREAKFAST
soft boiled eggs with cream cheese and cucumber/olive/cilantro salad

SNACK
red pepper hummus, cream cheese, carrots, boiled egg

DINNER
Mexican meatball soup

SNACK
red pepper hummus, carrots, cucumbers, mango

what I did
stretching and foam rolling
45 minutes band and body weight workout
15 minutes medium intensity energy system work on treadmill
some walking
