what I ate

BREAKFAST
boiled eggs, cheese, small apple

LUNCH
pork, sour cream, tomatoes, small apple

SNACK
coconut flour and yogurt, mini chicken enchiladas

DINNER
tomato, zucchini and cucumber salad with fresh cheese and mango

what I did
30 minutes of stretching and foam rolling
1 hour of body weight and resistance band gym workout
