LUNCH
hash browns, eggs, cheese and an apple

SNACK
cream cheese, olives, apple

DINNER
zucchini chili, carrot and pepper salad, popcorn

what I did
stretching and foam rolling
1 hour heavy resistance training with kettlebells and resistance bands
