what I ate
LUNCH scrambled eggs with cheese, kale chips and an apple
SNACK carrots, apple, cheese
DINNER mahi mahi, steamed vegetables with wine sauce yogurt with raisins and almonds
what I did 2 hours hiking/walking (and running away from snake)
