what I ate

BREAKFAST
coconut pancakes, cheese, honey

LUNCH
slow roasted vegetables, pork, sour scream

SNACK
orange, pine nuts, yogurt

DINNER
greek salad, avocado, pork, apple

what I did
1 hour resistance band and body weight workout
stretching and foam rolling
