BREAKFAST
coconut pancakes, honey, sour cream, apple

SNACK
pear, yogurt, almonds

DINNER
beef patty, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, coconut, almonds, sour cream

what I did
stretching and foam rolling
walking and some playground training
