I strongly believe that eating nourishing and delicious food without overeating and being moderately active is the key to feeling happy and staying lean all year round. what I ate

LUNCH
bowl of chickpea and spinach tomato soup, coconut water

SNACK
cup of chickpea soup, cream cheese, apple

DINNER
salad (tomato, cucumber, lettuce), mushrooms and meatballs, coconut water, apple

what I did
30 minutes of body weight and resistance band workout
30 minutes low intensity energy system work
stretching and foam rolling
