what I ate

BREAKFAST
crepes, bacon, strawberries, cream

LUNCH
tuna and green beans salad, apple

DINNER
posole soup, tomato and carrot salad, strawberries, cream, fresh coconut, apple

what I did
1 hour walking
30 minutes stretching and yoga
