BREAKFAST
coconut pancake, apple

SNACK
yogurt and almonds

SNACK
morel mushrooms and cheese, baby potatoes (cooking for Marx Foods Blog, yum)

DINNER
Mediterranean meatloaf, tomatoes, baby potatoes

what I did
1 hour intense Yoga
stretching, foam rolling
