lunch
scrambled eggs and ground beef, peppers, avocado, apple

snack
crepes with cream cheese, cheddar cheese and olives, coconut

dinner
chili, cucumber and yogurt salad, apple

what I did
stretching and foam rolling
1 hour strength training
