breakfast
turkey bacon and cheese English muffin sandwich - Starbucks

lunch
three salad combo (quinoa, tuna, chicken, green beans, greens)

dinner

beef patties, cheese, tomatoes, couple of potato fries

snack
apple, coconut, yogurt

what I did
3 hours walking
